Job Title : Learning Support Assistant
Location : Middlesbrough, UK
Start Date : ASAP
Salary : £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type : Full-time / Part-time, Temporary to Permanent positions available

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Middlesbrough to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) . This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal development of students while building valuable experience in the education sector.
About the role :
In this role, you will :
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Assist with delivering lessons by supporting individual pupils and small groups
- Encourage student engagement and help maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Support behaviour management strategies within the classroom
- Collaborate with teaching staff to track student progress and adapt support strategies
