About the Role
Remedy is recruiting a dedicated SEN Behaviour Mentor to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary school in East London. This full-time, long-term role is ideal for an experienced Behaviour Mentor who is confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, including emotional regulation, autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
Job Overview
As an SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require targeted behavioural and emotional support to access learning safely. You will use positive behaviour strategies, de-escalation techniques, and, where necessary, approved restraint / positive handling methods in line with school policies and training.
You will collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents to ensure students are supported consistently and effectively.
