What will you be doing as our new Site Civil Supervisor?

As a Site Civil Supervisor, you'll oversee the safe and efficient delivery of civil works across our water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Working closely with Site and Construction Managers, you'll manage direct labour and subcontractors on site, ensuring all activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards. You'll play a key role in planning, supervising, and driving progress, while promoting best practice and fostering a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of site operatives and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with @one requirements, statutory regulations, and approved method statements
• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and pre-start briefings to embed a strong safety culture
• Monitor temporary works, plant checks, permits, and ensure all works are delivered safely and compliantly
