The Role :

AsSous Chef, youll work alongside our Head Chef to deliver an exciting new menu focused on fresh, seasonal produce. Youll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency in every dish. Leadership, organisation, and a passion for quality are key to succeeding in this role.

What Were Looking For :

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie , ideally with fresh, seasonal food experience
• A passion for using quality, local ingredients and elevating the dining experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team, ensuring efficiency and a positive working environment
