Role Overview :
A nationally recognised law firm with a strong healthcare and insurance practice is seeking an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join its expanding Costs Health team. The role focuses on managing a caseload of predominantly multi-track adverse costs matters, drafting and negotiating costs documents, and running files autonomously from start to finish. Hybrid working is available, alongside excellent development opportunities.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed :
2+ PQE handling own costs caseload
Experience drafting bills of costs and points of dispute
Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and costs legislation
Experience negotiating costs to settlement on multi-track matters
Excellent organisation, communication, and research skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Clinical negligence or healthcare costs experience (desirable)
