The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Chef to join our small, dedicated team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-volume, quality catering.

Key Details :

• Schedule : 4 days per week, with a guaranteed minimum of one weekend off per month
• Shift Patterns : Typically between 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM or 2 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 PM
• Service Volume : Prepare and cook for up to 180 guests per lunch and dinner service
• Team Structure : You’ll be the sole chef on duty, supported by a kitchen porter
• Environment : Operate as part of a tight-knit, collaborative team
