What do we look for in a GBKHead Chef (apart from a love of burgers)?

• A passion for all things burgers, fries, milkshakes and a love ofcooking & constructing mouth watering dishes
• Ability to work well under pressure. Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced professional kitchen environment at a senior level is desirable
• A natural leader, able to inspire and motivateyour team realising your potential and helping others to achieve theirs
• A strong understanding of how to run and managea professional kitchen
• Pride in achieving the highest levels of cleanliness and health &safety throughout the kitchen ensuring the team are trained and confident
• Finally, the ability to have fun at work and not take life too seriously- We're too casual for that!
