Quantity Surveyor – Property Developer | North London

A growing PLC Developer based in North London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its in-house team and support an expanding pipeline of residential developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to work closely with development and construction teams, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities :

Cost planning, budgeting and cost control across multiple residential projects

Preparation of tender documentation and management of procurement

Valuations, variation management and agreement of final accounts

Liaison with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders

Monitoring project financial performance and reporting to directors

Candidate Requirements :

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential development

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Relevant qualification (RICS or working towards preferred)
