Acquisitions Associate (debt)

The Company : Our client, a leading investment management business that manages a multi-billion portfolio of which property is an asset class, is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to join their London based property team and focus on long income acquisitions.

The Role : This individual will support senior team members in all aspects of identifying, evaluating and acquiring structured products. Focused on completing acquisitions, role responsibilities will include :

Market research

Financial analysis

Due diligence

Contract negotiation

Closing processes

Working closely with Acquisition Manager and Fund Manager to agree fund strategies.

The Candidate :

Demonstrable track record of assisting in debt transactions - analysis and DD

Strong credit understanding

Real estate debt or long income investment focused experience

Strong cash flow analytical and due diligence skills

Pay range and compensation package : The basic salary will be dependent on experience, but the likely salary range is c. £80, - £95, plus a bonus and a range of corporate benefits including a market leading level pension.
