Our client provides inventory and compliance reporting services to the UK property markets. Located in Swanley, Kent, they are seeking an Assistant Team Leader preferably with experience in the property industry.

Job Description

The role of Assistant Team Leader is to support to the Team Leader and manage the CRAs work flow, to ensure the smooth delivery of jobs for National Clients. The role requires excellent customer service skills as well as a positive can do approach, ability to multi task, prioritise and problem solve, able to work on your own initiative and calmly under pressure.

Assist with coaching the CRA team
