supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs

Central Worthing, Rectory Road supports 3 individuals with multiple disabilities.

Offering

supporting living, encouraging and enabling people to live as

independently

as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities .

What is required from you?

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.

At least 12 months of experience

supporting

individuals with learning disabilities

UK Valid Driver's License with access to own car.
