Position : Mould Engineer

Reports to : Process Engineering Manager

Role Overview : The Mould Engineer is responsible for the design development, testing, and maintenance of moulds and tooling used in the manufacturing processes. This role ensures moulds operate efficiently, reliably, and meet product quality standards, while driving improvements in mould performance, cycle time, and cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities :

Engineering Accountability

Develop procedures and best practices relating to mould design and tooling introductions.

Tooling Introduction Project Management (NPI, Replacement & Optimisation)

Manage Key Supplier Relationships
