Tax Semi Senior

We are recruiting on behalf of an expanding accountancy practice for a Tax Semi Senior to join the tax department at the firms Watford office. This is a mixed tax role that would suit someone with 2-3 years tax experience gained within practice. Whilst ATT qualification is preferred it isnt essential.

As Tax Semi Senior your responsibilities will include :

• Providing tax compliance services and advice to a diverse portfolio, comprising mainly family companies and their owners, small businesses and private individuals
• Responsibility for a portfolio of personal and company clients, preparing and submitting tax returns and managing statutory deadlines and other tax compliance matters
• Reviewing tax returns prepared by other members of the tax team
• Tax planning and advisory work
• Taking on additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as required, including researching various tax matters and assisting in drafting tax advice
