Position : Machinery Area Sales Manager

Location : Sleaford

Hours : 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30PM

Salary :  £30k - £35k Plus Commission

Role Overview :

Reporting directly to the Branch & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of new and used Agricultural machinery, including associated equipment and implements, within a designated area. Your role involves visiting customers to maximize sales opportunities in a courteous and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in your sales area.
• Demonstrate and promote machinery and associated equipment to potential customers.
• Provide accurate product information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate sales, and close deals effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales performance targets as set by the Branch & Sales Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
• Attend customer-focused events and exhibitions to promote products and services.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities, including CRM updates and reporting.
