Job Title Reach & Counterbalance FLT Operator

Site location Winsford Ind Estate

Responsible to Warehouse Manager / Shift Manager

Purpose of the role To safely and efficiently operate Reach and Counterbalance FLTs within a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring accurate stock control, product movement, and support for the wider operations team.

Client brief A well-established manufacturing and distribution business, supplying critical products to customers with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy and teamwork.

KEY INFORMATION

Reason for vacancy Increased demand within the warehouse team

Contract Full time, temp-to-perm opportunity

Salary £14.00 per hour, rising to £14.50 after successful 3-month probation

Overtime 1,5x basic rate

Shifts Monday to Friday 7am-5pm

Holidays Accrual in line with agency provision, 20 days + BH when perm

Facilities Onsite parking, canteen and welfare facilities provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role

• Store and handle materials and products within the warehouse using Reach and Counterbalance FLTs
• Update location records manually and via Excel throughout the day
• Load and unload delivery / collection vehicles safely
