position working 30 hours a week is paying an annual salary of

£23,250.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to oversee the management of all elements of the charities

volunteering

services.

Duties :

Support the development of the

volunteering

programme

Identify opportunities for

campaigns

to

recruit volunteers

Ensure promotional materials are up to date

Raise the profile of the

charities volunteering

programme

Attend

volunteer workshops

Manage a small team of

volunteers

Benefits : £23,250

per annum

Pension

Experience required :

Previous experience managing or coordinating

volunteer programmes

Excellent communication skills

Ability to motivate and inspire others

Strong organisations and time management skills

Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks

PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
