Key Responsibilities :

• Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons.
• Work with individual children or small groups to provide targeted support.
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• Encourage and promote the social, emotional, and educational development of all children.
• Provide 1 : 1 support to those most in need as they try to access an education.
