My clients undertake projects which vary in size from £5k to £20m, with their involvement ranging from advisory role through to contract administration. As a professional Corporate Engineer, all aspects of your sectors of work should include :

• A capacity to develop further, sketch designs and design briefs dictated by either clients or engineering managers
• A capacity for original thought, judgement and initiative
• An understanding of critical awareness and innovation
• Having full responsibility for technical and financial decisions taken. These include choice of system, organisation of works and development of projects, with the ability to comply with time restrictions and limits
• Having responsibility towards technical and other staff, including trainees

The Senior Electrical Design Engineer within the practice will be expected to report to the Principal Design Engineer.This is an important role and forms the basis for Practice development.
