Salary : up to £28,000 + bonus

What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates through applications, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Building strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals and match them to opportunities.
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring all compliance checks are completed to the highest standards.
- Working closely with internal teams to meet client demands and deliver exceptional service.
- Hitting daily and weekly KPIs with confidence and energy.
