The Graduate Engineering Business Support will work with cross-functional teams (supply, projects, engineering) to collate and input material information into the ERP system to build accurate product BOMs. The role will support the maintenance and updating of engineering drawing borders and documentation, with the opportunity to gain exposure to mechanical design through occasional involvement in live projects - helping you develop practical technical skills and understanding.

Responsibilities :

• Examining documents such as drawings, change requests, specifications, and forms to verify compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
• Conferring with document originators to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.
• Posting changes to records, releasing documents, updating parts in ERP system, and notifying affected departments.
• Maintaining databases of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
