Production Line Leader

A growing manufacturing business is seeking ahands-on Production Line Leaderto manage day-to-day operations on the production floor. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a small production team to meet daily targets
• Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular QC checks
• Maintain health & safety procedures and ensure PPE compliance
• Train, onboard, and support new team members
• Manage task allocation and daily reporting on KPIs
• Carry out basic maintenance and report any technical issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation
