Farm Administration Manager – Cambridgeshire - £45,000

The Job :

We are seeking a Farm Administration Manager to join our team at our central office in Somersham, Cambridgeshire. This is a full-time position (five days per week, with occasional overtime), although a job-share arrangement may be considered for the right candidate(s). Reporting directly to the Estate Director, you will play a key role in driving the business forward through strong administrative, financial, and compliance support.

We recruiting for a well established farming and contracting business managing approximately 6,500 acres across Cambridgeshire. With a strong reputation in arable farming and agricultural contracting, we combine modern farming practices with a commitment to efficiency, compliance and business growth.

The Candidate :

• An enthusiastic and proactive approach
• The ability to work on their own initiative
• At least two years’ relevant experience (preferred)
• A qualification in Rural Land Management (preferred but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence in managing a variety of responsibilities
