As part of our continued growth, we're looking to partner with a motivated and experienced Self-Employed Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a Self-Employed Mortgage Broker at Dolphin Financial Services, you will :

  • Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients.
  • Generate and manage your own leads, with support from the firm’s marketing resources if required.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering a high standard of service throughout the mortgage journey.
  • Manage some existing clients of the firm and service a share of new leads coming into the company
  • Work flexibly from home, with full autonomy over your schedule.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and FCA compliance requirements.

    • What We're Looking For

  • CeMAP qualified. (must have)
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a mortgage advising role.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of the UK mortgage market and FCA regulations.
  • Based in or willing to work across County Durham.
