As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a skilled, attentive Compliance Officer to join the team in our office in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

Your role as our new FCA Compliance Officer will centre around helping Valid8 continue to grow and innovate whilst retaining full legal and regulatory compliance in regards to consumer duty, data control, and regulatory accountability.

What We’re Looking For

As our new Compliance Officer, you’ll be tasked with :

1. FCA Regulatory Compliance

• Ensuring all communications, contracts, promotions and partner arrangements comply with FCA requirements (including COBS, CONC, SYSC) and financial promotions rules.
• Reviewing, approving and documenting any promotional or regulated communications, ensuring alignment with the firm’s permissions and regulatory status.
• Maintaining audit-ready records, approvals and oversight for regulated product / service communications.
• Supporting oversight of any appointed representatives, third-party licence holders or partner firms operating under Valid8’s regulatory permissions.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need :

Experience working within data services or fintech, as well as familiarity with open-banking, credit referencing, and digital service compliance are very welcome.
