The Opportunity & Role Profile

An excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a large secondary school as its Site Manager. This role carries significant responsibility for the security, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the entire campus, leading the in-house site support team.

Core Responsibilities & Scope

Team Commander : Direct line management and supervision of all Caretaking and cleaning teams, overseeing rotas and performance.

Compliance Chief : Full responsibility for site security, statutory H&S checks, and managing risk assessments.

Maintenance Planner : Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, supervising external contractors, and managing premises budgets in coordination with the School Business Manager.

Compensation & Benefits

Essential Requirements : Extensive experience in site or premises management, demonstrable maintenance skills, and strong team leadership capability.

Salary Range : Highly competitive salary (expected to be £38,000 - £48,000 per annum).

Support : Generous Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and a high level of autonomy
