Production Operative

Role title : Production Operative (with Hygiene Duties)

Salary : £12.93 per hour

Shift / Working hours : 4 on 4 off, 6am - 6pm

Location : Hilton Foods, Huntingdon

About the role :

We are now looking for a Production Operatives, for day shift, to work on a production line and pack meat in line with specification and always work in an efficient manner.

As a Production Operative your role responsibilities will include :

• Checking the cuts of meat to ensure that they are in line with specifications
• Arranging meat in packaging, complying with display requirements set out in product specifications
• Ensuring that the pack weight is correct and in line with specifications
• Rejecting any items including packaging and meats that look to be outside of the parameters set out in the product specifications
• Hygiene duties, general housekeeping
