A popular independent centre is seeking to appoint a Chef de partie to join a brigade and continue the sites reputation for catering excellence !

Key Info :

Salary : £27,289,60 ( £13.12 p / h ) + tips

Hours : Permanent, Full Time (alternate weekends and a mix of 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm) alternate weekends no evenings straight shifts ,40 hours a week

Location : Thetford, Norfolk

Responsibilities :

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
• Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Preparing meat and fish
• Assisting with the management of health and safety
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
