High Level Teaching Assistant - ASAP Start - South London

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead lessons, work with small groups, and contribute to the overall development of the school community.

Responsibilities

• Lead lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Provide high-level support to teachers, assisting in planning, preparation, and assessment.
• Work with small groups of students, tailoring activities to meet their specific needs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school curriculum.
• Collaborate with teachers to assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback.
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
