If you're confident navigating complex employee relations, love coaching others, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentthis could be your next step.

What youll be doing :

• Providing expert HR advice and coaching to managers on all employee matters
• Handling a wide range of ER issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
• Analysing exit data and helping to drive down turnover
• Supporting employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
• Delivering HR training and contributing to continuous improvement of policies
• Visiting sites and building strong relationships with managers across the business
• Staying up to date with employment law and HR best practice
