Responsibilities

Provide personalised care for older people in their own homes as part of the Radfield Home Care LGO Team. The job focuses on delivering compassionate, client-centred care that supports residents in the local community.

Qualifications

• Care assistant role requires you to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
• This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
• You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care LGO Team as a care assistant.
