Overview
An exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner in the Integrated Disability Service. The team provides a case management service to people with complex needs, usually associated with learning disability. As an Advanced Practitioner you must be a qualified social worker with at least two years of post-qualifying experience in a statutory setting.

Induction & Start Date
All new starters commence on one fixed start date each month in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction; P2C offers up to 3 weeks of training to meet induction and initial training requirements.
