Salary : £80,000 – £100,000

As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to play a key role in our compliance function and support our MLRO / CCO in ensuring the business meets its regulatory obligations.

Role Overview

The Senior Compliance Manager will be a key member of our compliance team, taking ownership of day-to-day compliance oversight and helping to shape the future of our compliance programme. This role will grow into a Board-facing Head of Compliance position, reporting directly to the CCO / COO.
