We are currently looking for an Operative at our Packed Products plant in Linford , Stanford-le-Hope. As the successful Operative, you will report to the Site Manager and will be responsible for undertaking all site duties safely, understanding CRH and SHE safety.You will also be working in different areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch and housekeeping.

Main Responsibilities

On a day to day basis, duties and responsibilities of the Operative will include (not exhaustive) :

• Meeting daily production target requirements.
• Reporting of data for quality purposes.
• Moving, loading and unloading product from the plant and vehicles
• Meeting customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround
• Continuous Improvement of performance standards
• Continuous improvement towards plant and production methods
• Good housekeeping
