Senior Project Manager – Oncology R&D / / Start-up culture, Pharma resources / / Remote

You have a deep expertise in oncology product development, agile development & project management methodologies, and experience utilising your excellent scientific and regulatory understanding in a biotech / pharma environment to progress high‑potential products.

You want to utilise the resources, know‑how, and structures of a big pharma, within a dynamic, fast‑paced, agile start‑up environment.

We are working with one of the top 50 big‑pharma who have utilised a strategy of acquiring – and keeping independent – highly innovative, very successful startups. They are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager R&D Oncology to sit across both the well‑established & resourced pharma and their dynamic, agile, fast‑paced subsidiary to ensure ambitious deadlines are met and a cohesive strategy is followed.

You will be very visible across a wide variety of stakeholders and drive projects from late‑stage preclinical trials through to the market. You will take on a highly challenging role; where you will exercise your operational, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to ensure complex projects are managed optimally.
