Temporary Part Time Finance AssistantStart date : ASAPDuration : 3-4 monthsHours : 9.00am - 5.00pm (Monday to Wednesday - 1 day work from home)Salary : £15 per hourLocation : LeithWe are looking for a detail oriented Finance Assistant to support our clients finance department on a temporary part-time basis. Candidates MUST HAVE previous Xero experience.Your responsibilities will include : Uploading financial documentsReconciling transactionsManaging various other tasks related to XeroProcessing payroll & handling banking operationsVarious office administration tasksWhat You Bring : A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanourPrevious experience in financial assistance / administration is a mustStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.
