Perched on the banks of the River Dart in Dartmouth, we’ve built our reputation on fresh, locally sourced seafood, seasonal ingredients, and a deep love for Italian cookery and warm hospitality. Founded by Mat Prowse and Mitch Tonks, the restaurant, private dining and bar are now run by Mitch Tonks’s son, Ben Tonks, and his awesome team. Responsibilities

We’re now looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dedicated team — someone who’s eager to cook at a high level, keep learning and grow their career in one of the most respected kitchens in the country. We’ll give you all the training and mentoring you need to develop and grow with us. Skills can be taught – what’s most important is curiosity, passion and a can-do attitude. You’ll be working with amazing produce, learning new skills, working with our talented team of chefs, having fun and delivering incredible seafood with Italian influences throughout.

What We Offer

This is a salaried role with a basic salary of £31,500 and attracts very generous tips and gratuities of up to £6,000 per year. If you work over your contracted hours, you will be paid overtime.
