SALARY : Basic £27,500 pa + Commission OTE £56,000
What You’ll be Doing as a Retention Sales Consultant
As a Retention Sales Consultant you will have the opportunity to influence and retain our valued customers through reactive and proactive contact. You will identify and understand any pain points they may have, allowing you to demonstrate compelling value propositions with the goal to retain the customer. This is a desk-based role where you will be working to meet retention targets :
WORKING HOURS : 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
What We Would Like You To Bring
You will ideally come from a sales background, specifically within customer retention and you will be able to demonstrate previous success. You’ll be an exceptional listener, with the ability to thoroughly probe to understand what the customers' pain points are, to allow you to effectively influence and retain our valued customer :
