Job description

Night Transport Supervisor - Robertsbridge, East Sussex – £36,000 per annum | Sunday-Thursday

The Role

Sunday to Thursday night shifts
Friday availability required to cover holidays (paid as overtime)
Overseeing all night‑time transport activity
Managing driver briefs and debriefs
Monitoring route progress and addressing any issues that arise
Ensuring compliance with all transport legislation, including Working Time Directive and driver hours
Liaising with drivers, planners, and the wider management team
Maintaining accurate records and reporting
Supporting a safe, efficient, and well‑organised night operation

Salary & Benefits

£36,000 per annum

Overtime available for Friday holiday cover

Previous experience in a transport supervisory or senior transport role
