• Provide expert occupational therapy advice and support to departments across Caerphilly County Borough Council

• Support private and public sector housing services and social landlords to maximise the use of accessible and adapted housing stock
• Deliver specialist input for housing adaptations tailored to individual needs
• Oversee and contribute to improvement works delivered under the Post Asset Management scheme
• Work in partnership with relevant agencies and third‑sector organisations to achieve the best outcomes
