Phlebotomy Technician

We are presently looking for a Phlebotomy Technician to work with our clients on a stunning Caribbean island. Work and earn tax free salary in a tropical paradise. Your main responsibilities will be to serve patients by selecting the most appropriate methods for specimen collection, preparing samples for laboratory analysis, and conducting diagnostic screening procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity by checking identification details.
• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and fingerstick techniques.
• Participates in the quality indicators of the department
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Provide clear and tactful explanations to patients regarding procedures.
• Demonstrate independent thinking and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Perform tasks accurately with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Valid license from the country of origin and local authority to practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical laboratory across all fields.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential.
