Overview

We are looking for a talented and strategic Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital performance team. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of agency experience, particularly within e-commerce and lead generation. You'll take full ownership of client accounts, from strategy through to execution, with a strong focus on Paid Social (Meta and LinkedIn) and a supporting role in Paid Search (Google Ads).

You'll be joining a creative-first environment where 90% of client visual assets are produced in-house - enabling you to work closely with our internal video and design teams to shape high-performing, data-driven creative strategies. If you're tired of waiting on clients for creative and want to be in the driver's seat, this is your opportunity.

This is a multi-channel role with an emphasis on Paid Social, but strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Search strategies is still essential.

The position is fully remote, with occasional in-office days (per month) at our London Bridge office. However, if you thrive in a more collaborative, in-person environment, there's also the option to work on-site more regularly

Responsibilities

Own and lead the full lifecycle of client campaigns, from strategy development to execution and optimisation.

Plan, launch, and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn focused on lead generation and e-commerce outcomes.
