My client, a renowned membership organisation, seeks a confident and experienced Programme Coordinator to join them for a final six months of a government-backed programme. This high-profile initiative regularly entails events, strategic roundtables, and a digital knowledge hub.
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive coordinator who can jump straight in and keep everything running smoothly during this critical phase.
What you’ll do : Event Coordination :
Lead event logistics for roadshows and roundtables (venues, suppliers, AV, catering).
Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and on-the-day event coordination.
Prepare event materials (speaker briefs, attendee packs).
Support programme comms and follow-up after each event.
Knowledge Hub Support / Coordination :
Upload and format resources on the Knowledge Hub (basic CMS work).
Support content testing, feedback capture, and iteration tracking for the Knowledge Hub
General Programme Administration :
Help monitor user enquiries and support requests during soft launch and full rollout
Assist in monitoring programme engagement and updating stakeholder activity
Coordinate inboxes, enquiries, and other programme-related communication channels
Key Skills and Experience
2+ years in events, operations, or project coordination.
Strong event delivery experience (not just admin).
Highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident engaging with stakeholders.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
Detailed orientated
Proactive and able to take initiative
Adaptable and flexible to meet priorities
This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week office based.
Salary 32.5K plus bens
