Factory Supervisor

We are seeking an Factory Supervisor to oversee production activities across our double day shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of operatives, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate daily production operations during allocated shifts.Ensure that production targets are achieved in terms of quality, output, and efficiency.Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing guidance and trainingMonitor and enforce health & safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.Communicate effectively with other supervisors, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuity.Investigate and resolve any production issues or downtime with minimal disruption.Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of lean manufacturing.Ensure equipment and work areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and order.Manage absenteeism, holidays, and disciplinary procedures in line with HR policies.Working Hours : Monday to Friday, rotating shifts : Early Shift : 06 : 00 - 14 : 00Late Shift : 14 : 00 - 22 : 00 Full training given on products and procedures.
