About the Role :

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant , you will play a vital role in helping students overcome emotional and behavioural challenges, enabling them to thrive both academically and personally. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a range of age groups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs
• Support students in developing emotional resilience and positive coping strategies
• Encourage engagement in classroom activities and social development
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals to implement personalised support plans
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
