English Course Leader (Tutor) Full time, 37 hours per week £27,574 - £34,948 per annum PLUS £4,500 'Golden Hello' staged over 3 years Burton on Trent, Town Centre Campus
You will have the opportunity to be a role model with the ability to develop your students' talents, maximise their potential and help learners achieve success. You will deliver effective and innovative lessons and support learners to progress. BSDC promotes a strategy that enables learners to access a range of learning materials and additional support outside of the classroom environment.
Who we are looking for

You do not need to have had teacher training to start teaching in FE. BSDC can support you to become a qualified teacher as part of the job and you could be eligible for an FE initial teacher education (ITE) bursary to support your pre-service training in English.
