Our Client a Chatham based property developer are currently looking for 1x Carpentry Based Multi-Trader to assist on a wide range of projects.

The ideal candidate will have undertook similar work and will be able to provide work references from recent jobs.

Duties include

• Doors
• Skirting
• Snagging
• Basic Plumbing
• Kitchens
• Basic Electrical work

Must have

• Own Tools
• Driving License
• CSCS Card
• Carpentry qualifications

The company you will be working for undertake a wide spectrum of projects within 20 miles of Chatham, this includes social housing, high end residential right the way through to commercial work so you must be comfortable with all aspects and you must be able to communicate with clients.
