This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between £31,000 to £36,000 , depending on experience and skills. The role involves supporting clients with mental health and disabilities into employment within their communities. It requires working within a clinical setting and engaging participants in the community.

The Employment Specialist will be responsible for :

• Managing a caseload of 25 participants into sustainable employment
• Conducting needs and skills analysis to match participants with suitable roles
• Assisting with CV development and interview techniques
• Providing post-placement support for sustainable employment
• Engaging employers to source suitable work opportunities
• Maintaining participant data to track progress
