Are you a creative marketing professional with a keen eye for design and strategy? Our client, an established and growing property developer and investor based in Teesside, is looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to join their expanding in-house team.

In this exciting and varied role, you'll work on both the creative and strategic sides of marketing to showcase a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential property developments. You'll help bring projects to life through compelling campaigns, visuals, and messaging that connect with tenants, buyers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Brand Development

Align all marketing materials with brand identity and audience.

Create messaging that highlights key USPs and tells compelling property stories.

2. Creative Design & Direction

Design high-impact brochures, flyers, adverts, and social media content.

Select imagery and creative assets to represent each property effectively.
