Lutine Bell are currently supporting a Prestigious Private Bank to hire a Senior Legal Advisor to join their highly experience team in London.
This opportunity covers a variety of areas including Banking & finance law, commercial contracts, regulatory law, and insolvency / restructuring and some specific responsibilities include but are not limited too :
- Advising on lending, managing problem loans, recovery, and insolvency.
- Drafting / negotiating supplier and customer contracts
- Horizon scanning for legal / regulatory change.
