Full time position : 5 days a week (hybrid working – work 2 / 3 days in our London office and the rest from home)

About the role

At DUAL we are currently undertaking a global rebrand that will involve developing and implementing a new visual identity for the business. This project will also involve reviewing and migrating some of our current sub-brands across the business, making it a busy but exciting project to be part of.

In this role, you will be writing and editing website content ensuring our distinct brand voice comes to life. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your key stakeholder relationships will be a range of marketing, business and insurance professionals who need your help to create genuinely engaging content.

This role is semi-remote, with the expectation to attend the office regularly

Key responsibilities

Write content for our consumer websites according to house styleguide and Tone of Voice

Revise and edit content before publication

Support the Digital Marketing Manager in global delivery of content (US, Australia, New Zealand, UK)

Collaborate with internal stakeholders inc. content writers, designers, UX for timely delivery of content

Ensure digital content is fully optimised for SEO & UX best practice

Build out content and new pages in our CMS

Give feedback on others’ writing in a compassionate, constructive manner

Ensure all content published is factually correct and approved by all parties (stakeholders, legal and compliance teams)

Effective diary and time management

Key skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Exceptional written communication skills

Impeccable use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling

Articulate, clear communicator, comfortable expressing ideas

Strong creative writing skills – please provide examples

Able to give (and receive) constructive feedback

On-page SEO knowledge and understanding of social best practice

Experience with a content management system

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Efficient and highly organised

Experience with GA4 analytics, SEMrush, MoZ

Minimum 2 years of digital content experience

Professional qualifications

A degree or diploma in a related discipline

CIM / IDM Diploma / Certificate in Digital Marketing related subject desirable
